According to an article from WYMT, officials say 27 year old Samantha Cambell escaped from the Kentucky River Regional Jail, ran into Wal-Mart parking lot, got into a Silver Pontiac G6 with a black front bumper and left. Officials also say she was last seen in that vehicle in the Lost Creek area. She is believed to be wearing white shorts and a white shirt, officials say she was jailed after escaping home incarceration, and was a trustee at the jail, disposing of trash when she made a run for it. Anyone with any information is encouraged to call the Hazard Police at 606 436 2222.
