Karen Michelle O’Brian, age 71 of Stambaugh, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center. She was born August 5, 1950 in Warren, Michigan to the late Lloyd Napper and Elizabeth Mix Napper.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with Jarred Waller officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Staffordsville, KY.  Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
