Richard Scott, age 86, of Prestonsburg died Tuesday September 21, 2021 in Whitesburg, KY. He was born June 25, 1935 in Garrett to the late Ellis and Dorothy Day Scott.

Graveside Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Friday September 24, 2021 at Highland Memorial Cemetery in Staffordsville, KY. At the request of the family there will be no visitation.
