Patty Sue Thacker, age 57 of Grethel, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born April 1, 1964 in Pikeville, Kentucky to the late Evan & Goldie Evans Adkins.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Thursday, October 7, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 8, 2021 at the River of Life Church, Teaberry, Kentucky with Doug Tackett officiating

Burial will follow at Evans Family Cemetery, Grethel, Kentucky.
