Debbie Burke Stanford, age 64 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 8, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. Born May 13, 1957 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Douglas Burke and Martha Perry Burke.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, October 11, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Kentucky. Doug Dunn will officiate. Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Sunday from 5:00-9:00pm and on Monday from 9:00am until time of services at 1:00pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
