Douglas Patrick age 71 of Far Middle Fork in Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 07, 2021 at the Paul B Hall Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky. He was born September 10, 1950 in Oakley, Kentucky to the late Dean and Alene Ray Patrick.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from the Fritz Church of God with Larry Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick Family Cemetery at Far Middle Fork, Salyersville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Sunday, October 10, 2021 after 4:00 P.M., all day Monday, and any time prior to funeral services on Tuesday.
