Kentucky State Police Post 10, in Harlan received a call on Tuesday night concerning a structure fire on Bank Road in the Coldiron Community.

 

Troopers are said to have responded to the scene with both the Sunshine and Wallins Fire Departments.

 

After the fire was contained, officials entered the building. Inside they discovered the body of 48-year-old Hershel Dewayne Holland, the owner of the building. His body was taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy.

 

Police do not suspect any foul play and an investigation is still underway.
