Lydia Jane Hackworth, age 61 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2023 at her residence. She was born February 9, 1962 in Wolfe County, Kentucky to the late Wilson “Wick” Halsey and Zola Bond Halsey.

Visitation will begin Sunday, February 26, 2023 at 4pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky and will continue after 9am Monday, February 27, 2023 at Bonanza Freewill Baptist Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at 1pm at Bonanza Freewill Baptist Church, Prestonsburg, Kentucky with Jimmy Price officiating

Burial will follow at Hackworth Family Cemetery, Mart Meade Branch, Prestonsburg, Kentucky
