On Saturday, December 3, Paintsville Police Officers will be at various intersections throughout the city collecting money for their annual Shop with a Cop program. The program helps provide children in need with clothes and toys during the Christmas season. The roadblocks will be Saturday morning from 8:30am to 12pm.
