Three people were injured in a single car crash last night

Three people were injured in a single car crash last night. At around 11 pm, a car being operated by Dustin Thompson of Knoxville blew through a road check on 25E, in Bell County. The vehicle then turned onto a small rural road called Turkey Creek, where the vehicle went off the road, injuring everyone in it. Officials have not released the names of Thompson’s two female passengers, or the severity of the injuries, but a witness reported that one of the passenger’s arms had been severed. All three of the people in the car were airlifted to hospitals outside of the Commonwealth, and officials are saying that alcohol was a factor.
